Cold shower therapy would do more than hot showers. In this context I'm referring to frequency. There is no doubt in your life you've experienced a flow state or a time when things just fell into place positively for you, those times? Frequency/energy was high and it reflected in your life.
Yea, frequency is the measurement of oscillations in a vibration, with energy being a measurement of its mass/velocity relationship.
If I increase my body temperature I am increasing my vibrations and energy, thus also my frequency if there are more oscillations to the vibrations within me.
A cold shower would lower all of that dummy!
The flow state probably has to do with blood flow and neurochemistry though. Those things are observable and have real reproducible effects. Things fall into place when you have this heathy perspective and are able to see the positive as a result of a mind state enhanced by a preferable neurochemistry and blood flow.
Friend, if you've never tried a cold shower you have no idea what I'm referring to. Wim hof method, cold shower therapy, you step out of that shower 10x more energetic than when you stepped in it. 5 minutes, cold as possible, you tell me you don't feel energized after that, you're lying. Skin starts radiating heat, brown fat stores start burning adipose tissue, hormones that positively affect mental health and willpower start flowing.
That has everything to do with what I mentioned, blood flow and neurochemistry, not increasing vibrations and energy.
You are decreasing energy and causing your body to go into shock and release it’s stores in order to compensate.
You feel energized after stepping out because you still are trying to counteract a cold that is no longer there, and are producing more energy than is needed.
I’m not sure why you’re mystifying this so much and using terms to describe it that are completely wrong.
Scott Adams calls getting hung up on the words used and missing the concept "Word thinking." Yes you're correct about energy and frequency. No, that's not what he's talking about.
