Make them refuse to hear about election fraud again and again. I'm not sure this suit will go anywhere, but for this alone, I think it has good strategic value.

I think thos will become more apparent the more the SCOTUS blatantly refuses to hear obvious cases. They should be chomping at the bit to better define a free a fair election.
