The property is located very close to Branson, Missouri and Table Rock Lake. Recently I've been looking for property in the area. As soon as property hits the market, 9 out of 10 listings already have a pending sale. Property values are certainly going up. The region is known for family values. Trump country for sure. I agree there is nothing mysterious with the property. It needs to be torn down and redeveloped.
It was a tacky development that went bust when the 2008 property bubble popped. What can’t you figure out. Capital dried up. Demand dried up. It’s not exactly some mysterious conspiracy where someone walked away from this with a pile of money. ?

But why does it get $1.6 billion? You missed the point.
Evidently.
What was the point then?
Where’s the sauce?
I had a link with the post.
Guess I was expecting an article indicating the “area” was getting 1.6 billion out of the 1.9 trillion “COVID relief” money pot. All good...
