I'm reading about all the logistical problems they have for implementing this - I just read a WSJ article saying that the only federal system for keeping track of vaccinations is the easily faked cardboard card. I'm just thinking this may have been part of the plan.

If it can even be called the presidency. I'm pretty well convinced by now "Biden" is an actor reading a script.
I don't think anyone has any doubts about that. The only question that remains is, who is writing the script.

Maybe. I'd even say probably, but to suggest the answer is settled would be to shut yourself off from listening to other possibilities. That is the path to losing the ability think critically. That is the path that leads to a Luciferian victory.
To be fair, there are too many millions of people who don't question the narrative at all. The folks here on this site are the tippy-top of the iceberg.
