Most of the people I know on the woke-left (BLM / Biden supporters) are single, undateable, low-income / office junkies.
Most people I know on the right have happy families and kids, usually satisfied with their life goals or have high income.
Something about the lack of human connection really changes people.
My husband and I are childless and conservative. Due to numerous factors in our backgrounds we thought it best that we did not become parents, though we get along great with our neighbor's kids. My late sister opted out of parenthood also, due to the same childhood factors influencing us.
And I don't think high income is the divider. Celebs are among the richest people in the country, but they aren't generally conservative.
Ah, my apologies. I made a bad generalization based on my own surroundings.
Cheers to you both for a civil discussion!
Actually, thinking about it now, i think I turned left after George bush 2 was president and really screwed the nation with wars.
The republicans under the bush era was equally bad.
No doubt. I almost can’t blame people for wanting Obummer at first given the alternatives at the time. But alas, we now know it was just the Uniparty all along...
