Hey, I live in Japan and I personally verified this yesterday. There was a Red Cross blood drive in the parking lot of my supermarket and I asked one of them if they were accepting vaccinated blood, and he said no. I commented earlier on this and I just wanted to CIRCLE BACK to you and let you know that this is indeed true.
