1: My Doctor at Dr's office started ranting to me about government and all the red tape and paperwork he has to deal with. He knew I do cyber stuff and also ranted about China and Russia "running circles around us" and how much it pisses him off and keeps him from assisting more patients. I've never talked to him about any of that stuff so it just really be driving him nuts to tell me all that randomly.
2: The Nurse comes in for annual blood draw - make small talk and she proceeds to tell me to look at how much flu numbers are down and that she thinks C-19 is just the flu. This was a general practice office That sees about 100 patients a week so im sure she has seen first hand how none of what the news says matches reality.
3: Conpiracy is going more mainstream. My wife sends me tik toks about crazy stuff and this past election was the first time she voted republican ever after I slowly woke her to some of the crazy liberal shit and why I was conservative. I see tons of interaction on all types of conspiracies on tik tok and other places (judge me, but I believe its a great way to get a Guage for what society thinks and also get some cool life hack tips).
4: Even the conspiracies I think are crazy are gaining traction. I was playing a game and this college kid told me his professor was trying to sell them on the lizard people stuff in San Diego of all places. I dont believe all conspiracies but I also had a professor a few years back make us write a paper where we picked a conpiracy and had to take a stance and provide evidence of why we think it is or isn't and explain. Signs of life from academia at least even if it's not the conspiracies we want them focused on...
5: My old college roommate I havent seen in a year voted for Biden and definitely seemed to have some regrets when I saw him. He was quiet about it but he seemed embarrassed when my friend joked about him voting for Biden which is GREAT because we are only 3 months into this
6: Conservative talk show hosts from all walks seem to be taking much more hardline stances. Infowars helped wake me up back in the day but after all the censorship even hosts like Steven Crowder seem to be getting more hardcore.
Just wanted to share some hopeful things I see around me cause sometimes the going is rough! Even when I start doubting it helps me to see signs of progress and I hope it helps you too!
I was in the checkout line at a store in my hometown this weekend and there were 3 people in line with no mask, the 4th one with a mask said "why am I wearing this damn thing, no one else is" (as he takes his mask off). WIN
Incredible. I wonder how mad he would've gotten if you had mentioned, "they just wanted to see how long people would wear them. Has anyone smelled a fart before? Underwear and jeans can't save you from that getting into your nose...." ????
I tell people that fart particles are way bigger than covid particles
Normies don't like discomfort. It is starting to get to them.
Grocery store in my area (SW Missouri) was robbed by a guy in a mask. Next day the store had a new mask sign posted on its front door: Absolutely no masks allowed.
I was in line at the deli counter of Safeway which is next to the door. Lady next to me says 'Uh, that guy just shoplifted and walked out the door and he isn't wearing a mask.' I was a little surprised at the boldness, but then I half-jokingly said how is it we have gotten to a place where the robbers don't wear masks. She paused and then nodded...
Was opposite with me this morning. Went to get a bag of ice at dollar general and as soon as I walked in, the rainbow hair colored, transgender looking thing at the register was hollering for me to wear a mask. I said nope, medical exemption. It said, that’s fine but I still have to wear one. I said, Umm, no that’s what medical exemption means, that I DONT have to wear one. Told it to look at the governors own wording in the mandate. I said just gimme a bag of ice, I’m not gonna argue with you all day. It took my money and then tossed my change on the counter. I said Nice attitude and left. ?
You might not feel it, but you did God's work right here.
You presenting factual information, created cognitive dissonance. If this happens enough, the glass will shatter, and truth will come in.
Washington State?
No, Nazi Maryland
Glad to see people waking up just hope they do so before Biden ruins our country Personally I’m ready to see the Trump card
Yes. Having a half-dead potato with mid-grade dementia for president is a great red pill.
Half-dead pedotato
thank you for your post :D I see similar things where I live... reconnected with an old friend who was quite radical in his left wing beliefs, now he refuses to wear a mask and praises Trump whom he previously had called a fascist. People are starting to wake up and see through the illusion! Major hopium when random ppl talk to you about it, too.
That is amazing! And yeah this was only my 3rd time at this office so I don't know them at all. Will be staying awhile for sure!
Awsome :D Have a blessed day.
Thanks for sharing your observations - it's good that we do this, because we need a barometer on how the general public is viewing these things
Based and hopepilled
Steven crowder is bending to YouTube. His show will fail if he continues to worry about what Can and can not be said.
Yes but I actually don't mind because he is tied up with them legally constantly. Thats why they won't ban him he actually has the money and resources to fight and to be honest we need some people who are huge on these tech platforms who are exposing them and also sueing the shit out of them and forcing the narrative public with their terrible practices. Eventually a lawsuit must be settled and the average Joe has no standing against them because of terms.
As much as we hate it sometimes you need to be in the arena because it is the tip of the fight against the giant.
Regarding Number 6: This is happening everywhere. I remember listening to Mark Levin in 2016 and he said he didnt know if he’d vote for Trump...flashforward to 2020 and he was one of his fiercest defenders and touted how he was running the most conservative platforms in history.
