If corporations start requiring their employees to get the vaccine; and some of the employees get permanently damaged by it; aren't the corporations liable?

I think in countries like Australia, it will fall under worker's comp (which will ultimately cost the tax payers). Lucky we dont have any idiot companies screaming mandatory vaccines.
But in every country, there should be a way to fold this into employers' liability in some way. You might need to prove that you took the vaccine under duress, and only because it was mandated to keep your job.
