Got a few to say about this:
Menards have mattresses?! I've been in 2 different Menards and haven't seen a mattress anywhere other than patio furniture...
About the moist snotrag requirement, yup, been there, done that and now I refuse to back there again. My family and I went to Menards and we don't wear masks at all (my wife and I are deaf and my child is under 10 years old, which makes us all exempted from the mask mandate policy) and we entered the front door. We got stopped by a "greeter" and they told us to put our masks on. I politely told them, "Oh no thanks, we're good" and tried to move forward but they blocked the turnstile. They directed us to the front desk clerk and we went over there.
Explained to the front desk clerk that we're exempted from the mask mandate policy and they said they understood but unfortunately they can't honor that. Then they immediately called the supervisor (or at least what I assumed to be a supervisor) over. I spoke to the supervisor and explained to them about our situation and even showed the super proof (I had a picture that I took off the governor's twatter page explicitly stating that we're exempted) and the super said, "I understand but we're a private company and we do not follow the state laws or any policies, we do it our way and you guys need to wear masks to enter or you can just leave".
I then told the super about the ADA law and how we're disabled, which means we are exempted (I had to emphasize this over and over) and the super finally said, "Like I said, we are a private company and I don't care about the ADA law so you guys either mask up or get out of here!"
We left then I tried to contact Menards through Twatter and then emailed the headquarters and never got a response back. So yeah, we're not going back there if they think they can control us with the moist snotrags.
