The glasses associates him to Alice in Wonderland rather than the Easter Bunny.

Anons last year saw it as a Q proof to associate the tippy-top message to Hillary Clinton (Alice & Wonderland).

It was a 3-point proof that everyone understood at the time.

I'm more concerned in that Biden being shown with the rabbit proves he is either:

A. At the White House

B. Stole a rabbit suit for use at the Fake Tyler Perry White House

C. Paid some costume makers to remake the Easter Bunny with oversized glasses + a surgical mask that Trump had last year to make it seem like they are at the White House.

All of which I prefer not to be the case.
