He was waving goodbye to all 12 people round the world watching on TV or computer, because it's too dangerous to be outside on the lawn in the sunshine where UV light kills the virus outright AND fortifies the body with Vitamin D to protect against future viral disease.

If only the goal were not absolute societal control.
