Strictly speaking to say there is no "cure" is not a lie. Viruses arent really things you cure. You either recover naturally from them or you don't.

A cure would kill the virus for you, not support your system like treatments today will do (that's true for ALL treatments, from taking a tylenol to even the gene therapy masquerading as a vax). All problematic virals must be conquered or blocked from entry entirely.
