One way to reduce CO2 emissions, if you believe they are a problem, is to transport your oil through a pipeline instead of by rail. Clearly Xiden and the people who paid him to make that pipeline cancelation don't believe in 'climate change' (what they are calling it now). In which case, why should we?
Comment above relates more to the 'live local and reduce consumerism' which is often touted as a way to CO2 reduce emissions and climate change. But it can also help support the local economy although I don't think people should be forced to do it. Similar idea with America having a reliable and nearby source of oil rather than importing it form the middle east or elsewhere (and also having emissions from having to transport it across the globe). The Left should be for some of these policies if they actually believed in 'climate change' but it is all about what they are told to support and doesn't actually have to have anything to do with addressing the so-called 'climate change' even if they are falsely told that it does.
I agree with you. The pipeline was the safest way to move oil. Shutting down the pipeline was payback to his billionaire donors.
Pulling back to support local makes less dependent on the Federal government. Your State and local county governments are what will stand the way of Federal over reach. Protecting you and your neighbors from tyranny.
Do it, it's been working fine for my family and myself just fine. We shop at a local grocery stores and the Mall.
No big time stores like WalMart with the backing of China!

Thank you, fren. I haven't heard of a lot of them before. They say all publicity is good publicity. Hmm.
