What would happen of millons found out they were deliberately poisoned?

More so that their reproductive ability, organs and even their DNA is affected in numerous ways and some fatal?

When millions are not killed but become severely debilitated needing constant care at great burden to the pockets of the citizens?

They'll be pissed if they see it.
