We have people that pass away at work since our company has a ton of retirees. If I ask my boss hey how did they die. HIPAA violation.

Yet if he asks have we got the vaccine constantly about our group saying if we all get the vaccine we can magically go back to work LOL.

BTW. My boss is liberal.

As a librard he should understand asking you about your health makes you uncomfortable in the work environment and you may feel “medical harassment” that may cause you to sue because your feeling were hurt.
