All these responses to your question are incorrect. POTUS Trump was asked what he knew about QANON to which he replied, nothing. Because QANON doesn’t exist. They never once asked him about Q.

Even if he were to flat out state he's not involved, it wouldn't matter. There is more than enough proof that he is. Also, one of the main points of Q was to get this information out to the public, while maintaining plausible deniability.
