I think its more in reference to quantity not content. Message wise, he has been consistent in asserting the fraud. In terms of volume, his amount of communications has been historically low.
He laid low for weeks after the 20th. Only this past week or two have his press releases, Gab, and interviews really picked up. Going back to election night, he dropped off public appearances and speaking. They dropped again after the 6th, though the twitter ban may account for that. Id have to research but he kinda of let off the gas in August/September when he said he would be going away for a while.
