I actually don't know anymore. There is so much misinformation on the internet. What are the facts? How can we get around this? I would like to hear the ways to circumvent this bullshit.
People in my circle (Los Angeles) are all asking each other daily, "Did you get your vaccine yet?" How rude and invasive can you get? Now I could answer with a "None of your business" but that would immediately ostracize me from the neighborhood (everyone is stubbornly blind). I don't want to become the most hated man on my block. I can navigate their triggers etc. I want to say something like "I'm waiting for the animal testing first." LOL. But I can't without being countered with anger and ugliness. I thought of saying can't get one because I can go into anaphylactic shock. If they rudely press for more info I could say I had an allergic reaction with yellow jackets in my life. Could this work also to get mask and vaccine exemptions? There must be a legit way we can side-step this in some of the more tyrannical areas of the world.
You might mention that the "HIPAA Act of 1986", Public Law 104-191, prohibits them from asking you for this information. In short, they are violating Federal law. If they need more information you can go to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Health_Insurance_Portability_and_Accountability_Act
Briefly, it's none of their effing business.
Except that’s not true. That only applies to health care entities and similar. There is no HIPAA protection against independent individuals.
Covered entities
Aaah, booger.
I completely sympathize. Just trying to keep disinformation from spreading. It’s still none of their damn business, and I tell them so.
I tell them "Why on Gods green earth would I get a gene altering, experimental "vaccine" for a virus that is that is 99.7% survivable? I'm not a lab rat or a sheep, I researched and made up my own mind. AND on that on top of that, God made my body in His image and provided the necessary cell makeup to fight viruses " Then I stare at them blankly....they usually shut up after that.
WTF Just say no
I'm not sure why anyone would answer someone who asked you this other than in a work situation, honestly if someone asked me that not at work I would probably just walk away, they don't even deserve a response. I have been asked it by my manager at work though and that was quite uncomfortable. I now have a list of common flu vaccine symptoms that I'm going to read off if asked again and say that I had a severe reaction to a flu shot a while ago with these symptoms
You could always say that you have a shellfish allergy and the vaccine uses some of the same proteins??
When my work imposed a mask mandate, I declared I have a medical condition preventing me from wearing a mask. Americans with disabilities act (ADA) says they have to give reasonable accommodation. I got my allergy/asthma doctor to fill out paperwork from my job stating I should be allowed to work from home until mandate is gone. I now work from home.
