'Women say they are having heavier and more painful PERIODS since getting their COVID-19 vaccines. And some say it has messed with their monthly cycle.'
Well, well, well. This is what happens when you trust your government and volunteer to be medical guinea pigs. Infertility will be the next find.

Menstruation is a form of detoxing. If you have severe cramping/lots of bleeding it's because your body is trying to rid the garbage inside you. Alternatively, if your periods are light and not painful, then that's a good indicator that you are healthy.
My understanding is that heavier bleeding occurs when there's a flux of estrogen in a woman's system, causing her uterine lining to build/shed in more frequency.
Too much estrogen in a female body drastically shortens her window of fertility and makes pregnancy much more difficult. Too much estrogen can also cause blood clots (wasn't this an issue with one of the shots?)
Friend, this is completely untrue and a bit silly to say... When I was hyperthyroid, depressed, anxious, low weight, couldn't sleep always wired but tired, my periods were light and short. And pain/cramps are genetic/hereditary. None of the women in my family ever had painful crampy periods, except when my grandmother had endometriosis. Other than that we are all blessed with pretty much perfect periods regardless of our general health
So... I tend to agree. I also think that as far as sterility goes maybe we should wait for more data or reports. As far as I know irregularity can be indicative of reproductive issues but it's not a 100% thing.
I lost brain cells reading what you just wrote. Shedding the uterine lining isn’t ‘toxins’.
