Alot of wrists were still tied from what I could see.
My question is if they are harvesting organs for the elite or whomever... wouldn't the sterility matter? You wouldn't want to buy a damaged or infected organ would you? Yet those conditions almost preclude it if not outright would do so
Maybe they're finished with organ harvesting and don't care about the dead corpse.

I think it looked real. The people all look different and there's so much gore. If so, they probably removed the organs in a sterile surgery setting, and then just tossed the corpses.
I wonder where this is, and what language they're speaking.
