Many bodies had "stem to stern" incisions sutured up. These are from the top of chest to just above the public area. These incisions are made in giant Trauma/Cancer cases or ( likely here) postmortem organ donation.

Here, who knows if the people were dead before starting the donation.

Really bad.

Also, I don't think black market organ harvesters give a crap about sterility.
