I have done this for about 5 years. Last test 2 yrs ago was 49. I never feel good , but that goes with my age and the many injuries I've had along the way, but I would probably feel a lot worse without. Have not gotten a "Cold" or "the flu" for years. Do not even say the word vaccination around me . You will be missing a head which I have just bitten off. I tell everyone D3 and even offer to buy them some. I've had takers, but you can only lead a horse to water...
