So for the past several months my wife and I have been taking daily doses of vitamin D, C, zinc, a multi-vitamin, and magnesium citrate (because it helps the body uptake of the vitamin D). We are also in the best of health, go to the gym 5 days a week, eat right, and basically just enjoy life and our activities. We don't plan on getting the "vaccine" and have accepted the fact that a 98.7% survival rate is a percentage we can live with.
I'm a tough old bird and hard to kill.... I've been through my share of life challenges and am still here, so I refuse to live in fear and isolation.
Well, I am one of the more "seasoned citizens" at the gym I go to, and the younger staff have decided that I intend to live forever. I tell them, "So far, so good."
do you think the Fulvic Acid would help nerve damage?
had a TBI, and my foot of all things bothers me the most, and isn't improving with exercise.
also need to get on the Vitamin D, etc... just hate shopping anymore, but I know it will help. wish they made something with all of this^ in one vitamin.
You need around 400mg a day of Mag a day, start with 200mg and work up to 400mg. Excess mag will cause loose stool but thats it (its how the body excretes extra)
In general, 1000mg Vit C / 5000 IU D (find one with 120mcg K2) / 400mg mag biglycinate / one brazil but (selenium) / 50mg zinc glycinate everyday will have you feeling like a BEAST.
Add fulvic acid once a week you will live to 100. I recommend a enema to cleanse your colon ATLEAST once a year.
Make sure your D3 levels are between 50-70, I was taking 2 1,000IU capsules and my doc warned me to cut back because I was at 78-it may have helped me get through the initial phases of infection and lockdown.

Mag bisglycinate is much more well absorbed than citrate.
OK, will look for that next time.
Great job on the rest fren. You will live to 100 on the regimen.
I recommend one dropper of Fulvic acid in water, once a week. To detox heavy metals from your body: https://store.docofdetox.com/collections/humic-fulvic/products/fulvic-acid
You will live to 100 this way.

Or just mag glycinate? That's what my naturopath suggested.
its the same.
What's the same? I suggested avoiding supplements with silica because it's a drying agent. I got something with it and my hands & lips got very dry.

Doing the same thing. Caught Covid recovered in four days (it was just the flu). Vaccine is poison.
Likewise, although my sense of taste was gone for a week.

Good for you. Vitamins are our friends.
I imagine based on what I have seen and read that the percentage for people that are not Vitamin deficient is more like 99.999999999
