I wonder how those Guards' livelihoods are being affected. I know they can't get fired for being called up but guards pay is shit compared to civilian jobs.
They are probably rotating most of them through. Covering it with their ANNUAL AT's thT most already plan for. Some guard Re full time to support the rest and that pay is aligned with regular army pay and probably a decent per diem.
