It's bullshit. Why would you trust liars? Who knows what the real number is? They CHOOSE the number they deem will most effectively manipulate people. Nearly 40% makes people think they are of the unpopular opinion, an outsider or "It must not be that big of a deal, maybe I should just get it to fit in with my fellow Marines." Don't fall for it. Stick to your own convictions.
