Any repercussions for people not getting it? Army is giving people until June or July to get it or get booted with a less than honorable.

Tell them to go to Legal and Cite the Nuremberg Codes. If they're facing the boot anyway, nothing to lose by it. In fact, it may just stir up some serious enough shit to make those cunts back off. Being threatened by force or coercion is directly forbidden under the codes.
