Better question is would the military broadcast their actions?

For anyone paying attention, what does the dod laws on war say about the Geneva convention?

What is the timeframe for the belligerent to pack up and leave before the military can legally act (according to the Geneva convention)

If that proof is accurate (and it’s starting to look accurate), we got a long ways to go.
