Interesting.

If Iowa CAN reject them, it becomes a states rights issue. That means Texas can therefore manage their southern border without Federal approval.

We are learning more about our Constitution every day-this month, the 10th Amendment is the featured power point... will it be a simple majority of 26 states, or the 2/3rds required for a Constitutional Convention??
