Three most "out-there" conspiracies I think are most likely
1: Terrain theory; that viruses are less like bacteria, and more like cancer how they are your own immune system mutating due to outside forces instead of applying to germ theory.
2: flat Earth impossible, hollow Earth if anything. Q posts have implied this with the Alice in Wonderland references and posts like this https://qposts.online/post/749
3: The concept of a vast outer space itself is a hidden conspiracy to destroy the concept of Gods
This last one I highly doubt, and the only reason I believe it is just how much stuff seems hidden. I believe anything you haven't seen with your own eyes is up for question. All of history and a lot of science. The scientific lies have to be thought of as "how easy would this be for a random person to find wrong". Viruses not being pathogenic and rather mutations similar to cancer would not be hard to hide, since the tissue existing is not up for question, therefore if the average microbiologist sees them under a microscope they will just assume it is as mainstream science says. Stuff regarding space isn't as easy to hide this way. However, less than 600 people have been to space, and likely some of them could conceivably in a fake environment unknown to them or most people watching. Of course, they could also be in on it too since it isn't that many people.
I don't believe in any conspiracies 100%, just that there are some and likely a lot is hidden from us. I just know that everything has a high possibility of being wrong, and hopefully, the Q plan happens, and we have an apocalypse (world-changing knowledge) that has a positive effect on humanity.
9/11 was an inside job Q is real Jesus is the son of God
Apollo didn't land on the moon. 9/11 was an inside job. Michelle Obama is a man.

There is a hole at the top of the earth where aliens emerge; their ship is stuck in Antarctica and they have taken refuge there.
The Earth is flat,......or hollow, with a civilization of intelligent lizards living there. Your choice.
