If the vaccinated are potentially subject to a more intense cytokine storm upon exposure to the wild virus, should a vaccinated person be sure to have HCQ or Ivermectin on hand at all times?

I have goats but no vaccine. Goats need ivermectin. You're not supposed to put it in humans though. That would be breaking the law.

Hcq is basically as dangerous as thyme.
