The board is backward. Whites Rooks should be on the A1 and H1 squares, and Blacks Rooks should be on the A8 and H8 squares. However, on this board Whites Rooks are on the A8 and H8 squares.

The pieces and the board are set up correctly, it's just the row/column headings that have been mirrored.
