Looks more like he is rolling “mildly over encumbered”. Only thing heavy is his cheeseburger holder underneath that $30 Amazon vest.

I’d also like to point out that the only plates he’s got are the ones he’s putting his food on. Either he spent his entire allowance on the county fair jewelry, or the vest isn’t even a plate carrier
