My understanding was that Manchurian candidates were also victims. I watched Katy Groves' videos, and others, and learned how victims are used as assets for all sorts of operations. I was just hoping to hear the guy say the words.
Somewhere where we can confirm the contents on his person?
He may not know the term MK Ultra. I doubt they discuss that with their victims.
After reading what I wrote I can’t really tell the difference between them. Very similar scenarios, disposable victims either way made to do things they originally would not do without interference from corrupt intelligence agencies
