Well, I already knew it was a lie being sold to gullible people, but that part didn't occur to me. I figured it was mostly about stopping us from using those resources and making us more dependent on the State.
It certainly gives some credibility to the Turkish Evergreen story! Climate change was their next focus so they could get rid of our animals and meat!
