Just haven’t been able to see the angle here. There’s going to be a lot of smart, angry people looking for someone to blame when the bodies start stacking up.

It would actually be quite brilliant (and evil), to push out a perfectly safe (albeit pointless) vaccine the first time around, knowing there will be pushback from all the vaccine skeptics. What does that do the next time around, or the third time? The vaccine skeptics are made completely irrelevant, and people flock to receive the ‘real killer’.
So perhaps we’ve all been ‘crying wolf’ without realizing it this whole time?
Wouldn't surprise me. I hope that's the case because it buys the white hats time.
