I'm with you on that! No tv for 8 years, and yet I am more informed than all the cable tv watchers. I'm drawn to be outside! We as humans are not meant to be contained within structures. Gotta get outside babay!!!!!!
Awesome - make it a habit. I walk the dogs every day. Pull some weeds. Sit on my deck to pray and catch some rays. Also sit outside to read. Unless it's raining, find time to get some sun and fresh air! Nothing better for you.
Exercise is literally a prescription for depression. There is nothing better than getting outside doing some walking biking or other physical activity. Love the natural endorphins.
Love the bike and the scenery. I listen to the birds ( my favorite is the yellow tail black cockatoo ) and the dogs love their twice daily walks. Both very soothing.
