These are irrelevant. 2nd ammendment clearly states "shall not be infringed", it's the only one to do so.

If the law were interpreted properly, anyone arrested for open carry can sue the arresting officers and municipality under Color of Law.

Not really. The FedEx and all others this year are a direct effect of Nov 3rd and Jan 6th. It's the left's favorite ploy only after the race card, which will always be their crown jewel.
