I was just telling my sister an hour ago that I’m finding I’m not eating. I’m not sleeping well at all and not feeling tired during the day. Insomnia is a b*, and too long without enough sleep will cause you to crack up. We don’t need that. The opposition is already trying to paint us as crazy conspiracy theorists, mentally ill, dangerous. Unfortunately I’ve struggled with this before and I’m embarrassed to say I got to the point where I didn’t feel I could go on anymore. There is more to the story but I saw a neurologist about the insomnia and he said lack of sleep can turn any sane person crazy.

Absolutely my friend. I used to suffer from insomnia due to stress and depression. Eating, sleeping, rest is important. I think the "patriots don't sleep" quote is not meant as in, don't sleep at night but as in, awake vs asleep concerning what is going on in the world. We don't "blindly" follow. We don't "sleepwalk" through the world. My fren, is your insomnia due to stress, anxiety, depression? It was one of my biggest problems - like seriously, it drove me mad and now this huge weight has been lifted off me. Otherwise, do you exercise regularly? Do you go out into the sun enough? Vitamin D (D3) drops can work absolute miracles if you suspect you might not be getting enough sunshine.

I just learned that cholesterol helps our bodies synthesize Vit D, which is critical to healthy immune function.

No wonder they tell us to:

  • avoid the sun (no Vit D) or wear toxic sunscreen
  • avoid red meat (which BOOSTS immune function if you are getting grass fed/finished!)
  • take statins to keep cholesterol low (statins also cause cardiac issues )
  • avoid human contact (this further weakens immune system)
  • use fluoride (which is not only bad for teeth but it is a mood stabilizer, and makes us apathetic. Hence why it was first put in the public water supplies in Nazi Germ and Communist China)
  • wear a mask. Or two. Or even three! Which restricts oxygen and induces a psychological stress response that triggers the release of cortisol, which also weakens the immune function.

Whatever “they” tell us, it is probably the exact OPPOSITE of what is necessary for good health.

I couldn't agree more! Absolutely yes, on all points. People are being led to weaken their own immune system - no wonder a simple flu or cold is knocking them out. And now imagine what this has done to people with pre-existing conditions. The only person I personally know who has suffered from Cov is my stepdad, who was overweight and asthmatic. They said he was on the brink of pneumonia. I'm trying to get my mom and him to exercise and go out more. For now, they're taking vitamin D3, zinc etc.

The book you linked to "the Power of Now" by Eckhart Tolle was life changing for me. Not only did I LEARN how to be the watcher of my thoughts but how to put my brain in neutral so I could fall asleep and stay asleep all night. I would also recommend anything by Emmett Fox. What a fabulous time to be alive... and awake, I might add!

It was for me too! I was taking antidepressants that work as sleeping pills + other sleep medication but it didn't do the trick like "being the observer"! :) Thank you for the recommendation, I will check out Emmett Fox! And it truly is! Once you realize that so many things literally don't "matter", if you pardon the pun, life gets a lot easier. Bless you.

love&light, dear. I honestly think that without Tolle and Fox, I wouldnt have been able to stay sober for the last 19 years, not to mention AA which is where I found them both. They all saved my life. Fox's "Sermon on the Mount" is an eye opener and "Around the Year with Emmett Fox" is a great daily reader. I start every day with it... Still.

Similar issues. I’ve been lazy on the exercise but working on it now. Taking vitamins and increasing healthy foods. Trying to get out more because I don’t need to go down that road again.

Clear your mind before bedtime by doing a "brain dump." Get a notebook and pen or pencil, write down everything that's floating around in your brain. No order, no organizing, just get it down on paper. Date the page for reference later. Keep it beside your bed, so if you wake up and think of something else, you can immediately write it down.

I started this about five years ago. The first night, I wrote down over 60 items.

I had the same problem -- I was up until all hours of the night and just couldn't sleep for any length of time. I finally did an overnight sleep study and discovered I have sleep apnea. I never would have guessed. I use a CPAP machine now and I feel much better. You might want to run this thought past your doctor.

Stress is no joke. I find that when I start to get stressed, I need to spend some time outside in nature (no phone or tech with you!) or listen to music or paint or watch fascinating vids on Tesla’s discoveries. Anything that helps me relax and makes me excited/happy about the future again.

Hang in there, brother. We are close!! Once they declare full blown WW3, that will trigger the live action segment of this op and the militaries who are right now putting on a big show of saber rattling will actually turn around and take out the last bastions of deep state power centers: the royal palaces, the WH, the Vatican, certain temples, etc.

I believe Putin, Xi, Kim et al are ALLIES working in cooperation with TRUMP/Military. Remember Trumps “world tour” in 2017 when ALL the world leaders made public displays of submission to Trump? That was the start.

Now they are all playing their parts on the world stage (its a GLOBAL movie we are watching, remember?) waiting for the go sign to unite as one against the last of the DS players and prepare for tribunals.

Obviously this is all just my opinion. But I was SUPER STRESSED out over this for years until I learned about the plan. Now I can see it and all the crazy insane shit happening only makes me smile bigger bc the only logical explanation that ties everything together is:

PATRIOTS REALLY ARE IN CONTROL.

I stay up all night ALL THE TIME. Then have to put in an 8 hour day, and still cant sleep after that. I’m actually going to therapy for it. Ive learned that i need to act like im my own mother. Also to take care of my 8 year old self...which is awesome. She’s a cool little chick.

Yes, you have to take care of yourself and not let it go. I went about 3 years with messed up sleep and had a break down. I was trying to do everything and suddenly could do nothing. I’ve learned since then, I was much younger.
