People just drink the koolaid without asking why it was made from them. In this information age over the last 10 years specifically - the well where we obtain our information has been standardized, acquired, controlled, and then fluoridated. Everyone's drinking from it without question.
We went from don't believe the internet to everyone slurping up everything on it in a decade. How and why?

If we still had telegrams, this is the equivalent of the people that own the lines being able to take all messages and append and edit them before they are carried to the recipient. This is not questioned today. Why?
Who is doing things to curate and control the information we receive. Why would they do this?
What is the goal?
Would you buy a megaphone that made your voice louder but modified it to sound like an elementary age child?
Would you buy headphones that let you listen to music for free but play an ad every song?
Would you buy a TV that was crystal clear and big and cheap but it could change what you are watching at anytime?
