I just read an article in the Epoch Times by Tom Margenau that took a paragraph to explain you're considered eligible for social security the day before your actual birthday and the effect the way the government calculates this into eligibility. Makes sense.
I think you're being serious, and I applaud it... But I had a good laugh at you insinuating Q Deltas are off by a few days due to bureaucratic "reasons".
