Or instead of pepper spray non lethal ammo, just fill those fuckers with with Chloroform?

I like the foam spray that solidifies, trapping people. I've always wondered about that stuff. Maybe not for individuals, but possibly instead of water cannons. Also the exploding ink that they put in bank robber bags, to help pick up and identify perps after the fact.
