Right. My friend lives in washington and he knows tons of people who got it. Idaho for me and it's maybe 10 percent of the people I know

Good people there, specially in NID where I was lucky enough to live for 18 months. Should have tried harder to stay there, I left for work reasons.
A lot of cops and firemen retire from other states there. (My brother-in-law and sister recently retired there from CA).
Don't I know it, you can't throw a rock without hitting retired LEO from California up there. lol
