They keep the media away. Camel toe Harris refuses to go there because the media would follow her. Everyone assumes it is hidden from view because of bad optics. What if they don't want any media coverage because many of these kids will never be seen again once they enter the system. Video tape evidence of a child that later vanished from the face of the Earth could be even worse for optics.
