Shootings, be it all False Flags or otherwise skyrocketed under Smith Mundt Act where obama basically legalized the use of propaganda against American citizens. Also CNN just got busted saying they use propaganda. And also because u noticed the spike in shootings under xiden, ur prolly a rayciss. /s
