They can't mandate you take an experimental drug. They can't fire you for refusing to take an experimental drug. This is no different than them mandating you have a sex change operation. The law is on your side. Use it. Contact a civil rights lawyer and if possible get some fellow employees to join in.

They won't fire you for not taking the drug. They'll find another reason. The best route is to contact an attorney immediately. Might want to resign and sue because of COVID mandate now in order to "lock in" the reason.
