I also was unable to find changes in reporting protocols. I will admit my search was not as thorough as it could have been though (don't care that much/too much shit to do).

This may well be the case, but we also almost certainly have Patriots who are actively trying to wake people up. Increasing vaccine reports would do that, so it's difficult to think they aren't actively engaged in this.
