I'm no exspurt on vaccines, and no defender of this sketchy vaccine push, but that looks like just the last little bit of fluid; most of the syringe-full would have gone somewhere else (presumably in his shoulder).
Also, unrelated to the issue of the jab, I'd rather be dead than wear this humiliating fear-uniform of cuckmask and full face shield.
Why would they not inject the total amount? I've never gotten a shot where the doc or nurse squirted out the last of it like that. Plus it looked like quite a bit. It would seem that if he for some reason was supposed to get a smaller dose, she would only have filled the syringe with the exact amount he was supposed to get, rather than overfilling and they squirting the rest out. Why wouldn't she just put the syringe in a sharp safe with whatever liquid remained in it rather than squirting it out on the ground? Doesn't seem like SOP to me.

each vaccine vial loses around one dose because of this. A 1ml ampoule contains 1.1 ml. Google dead space syringe.
That flow was.easily .5cc. The shot should be about that.
That’s a fair question, I don’t know if they would be overfilling syringes by that much. It seems like a lot. The nurse does load it from a vial tho.
So why is she squirting it out after giving the shot and not before? You make no sense.
