So i cant get the full details as i don't have a LL account but the data here is actually enough to give an update.

Egypt "arrested" both the ship and cargo. This means:

no cargo can be unloaded
only authorised personnel can move the ship now (Port Authority or SCA)
all crew are arrested and not allowed to leave the ship

This came about a day after the ship was cleared to be moved as well, so Egypt is definitely not letting this ship continue to rotterdamn anytime soon.

One small update to your third bullet point: Two of the 25 crew were allowed to leave the ship, due to urgent personal needs, leaving 23 aboard.
