Consider the source. Mike Adams.

He DOES have good information, but I wish he would stop "click-bait" hyping people. Just present the actual facts... don't stretch the truth so much it becomes alt-propaganda. The facts are bad enough without that.

I think I watched this video, but couldn't find a real source for where the prions came in. He just switched over to saying it. Dr. Fleming stated the prion angle on the Warroom, citing a couple of animal studies, but I haven't seen the mechanism explained to my satisfaction.
