This was not written by a "normie". This is almost certainly a very awake person writing to the masses to help guide them out of the darkness.
This person is doing what you suggest. They are not the person that needs saving, but the one doing the saving.
I write things like this myself on other sites. I'm fairly certain I would not be categorized as a "normie", but rather an anon, who also posts elsewhere.
It is exactly because people are banned there that comms must be subtle. You can give hints of things to look at and survive the ban police, you just can't be overt about it.
For example, "maybe white people aren't evil" is not subtle. It smacks of going directly against the narrative. It sounds like a anti-narrative shill attack.
However, "Does BLM focus too much on black people being killed by the police? What about other African American problems that are just as deadly?" doesn't go directly against the narrative. Instead it supports the narrative while injecting the same investigation idea into the reader.
If you understand the narrative and don't hate the followers of it, it becomes easier to guide them towards reprogramming themselves through first questioning their "authorities".

I’m very active on /r/nonewnormal . There are many semi-awake people there. It is not totally lost but I expect Reddit to ban the sub soon.
Im dropping redpillls there everyday, suggest others do the same. Battle cannot be won in only our communities.
